Evocative Image Collage
Using images that reflect impressions or visual responses to the text, we composed collages that were meant to get at our feelings about the play. The images could be reflective of color palettes, comment on specific moments of the play, or simply be any image that resonated as meaningful and relevant to the story.
Style Collages
To get a clearer understanding of what approach we wanted to take in telling this story, collages that explored three different styles were made. Research-based collages of various time periods was a starting point for a conversation about which direction we wanted to take to tell the story.
